Gail Derbyshire, 1951-2013

 

was baptized at Jasper Evangelical United Brethren Church

 

but later joined SC3 on March 26, 1964

 

 

 

Phyllis (Bradish) Brown, -2012

 

joined SC3 on 12 April 1968,

 

she later attended Fairfield Baptist Church

 

 

 

Emily B. Brant, 1927-2009

 

joined SC3 in 1967, but was a faithful member

 

of the First Church of the Nazarene in Adrian at the time of her death.

 

 

 

Muriel 'Rose' Barkway, 1924-2004

 

became a member in 1996.

 

Her husband Clint donated her keyboard to our church.

 

 

 

Arlene Burke Albright, 1913-2002

 

became a member in 1948

 

 

 

Anna Nellie "Ann" (Leu) Pearcy, 1915-2000

 

joined SC3 in 1943.

 

The old A/V booth and equipment were purchased in her memory.

 

 

 

Rev. Richard Jorden, 1928-1998

 

was our pastor for 42 1/2 years

 

and the front doors with crosses were donated in his memory.

 

A painting of Rev. Jorden is in the prayer room.

 

 

 

Lyndi Kae Bailey, 1979-1997

 

became a member in 1994.

 

Lyndi died in an accident in her senior year at SCHS.

 

 

 

Alvin Lee Frederick, 1918-1991

 

was baptized and joined SC3 in 1974.

 

The NKJV Pew Bibles were donated in his memory.

 

 

 

Alberta Henry, 1920-1989

 

joined SC3 on 22 Nov. 1972.

 

The air conditioner that was taken out

 

with the remodel was donated in her memory.

 

 

 

Walter Henry, 1916-1987

 

joined on Nov. 22, 1972 and the cross

 

at the front of the sanctuary was donated in his memory.

 

 

 

A. Arlene Haas Brown, 1906-1987,

 

joined SC3 in 1948 & later was a member of

 

First United Methodist Church.

 

 

 

John Bauer, ?-1965

 

joined SC3 in 1950.

 

 

 

Helen Beck Tursak, 1917-1962

 

became a member in Sept. 1947

 

and was pianist/organist for many years.

 

The outside crosses were installed in her memory;

 

the one on the back of the church taken down with the re-model.

 

 

 

Lora Bell Abbott Alverson, 1872-1961

 

became a member in 1943
